Description

A land of inspiration and mystery

Welcome to the “real outback”, the untamed mystic of the Northern Territory – home to the top end and it’s tropical wilderness, the red centre and it’s endless stretches of red soil and some of the the nations most iconic natural wonders, spectacular wildlife and spiritual history.

When to go
The top end has two weather seasons: wet and dry.
Wet season runs from November to March and you can expect regular drenchings. This is the best time to see some spectacular waterfalls in full flood.
Dry season runs from April to October and is warm and sunny with relatively low humidity.

The red centre experiences both extremes, getting up to as high as 40°C in summer and below 0°C in the winter at night time.
